We offer devices in three main categories: Excellent, Good, and Fair. Every device, regardless of cosmetic grade, undergoes a rigorous 32-step quality check to ensure 100% functionality.
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
Yes, every device includes a free 1-month warranty. For added peace of mind, you can opt to extend this coverage to 6 or 12 months during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment options including credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. We also offer installment plans through partners like Billease and Akulaku.
How long does shipping take within the Philippines?
Orders within Metro Manila typically arrive within 1-3 business days. For provincial orders, please allow 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a device if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects. If your device is faulty within the first 7 days of receipt, we will replace it or offer a refund if no stock is available.
